Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 23, 2026
This policy explains how Noobiesoft uses cookies and browser storage on nexus and noobiesoft.com. A cookie is a small piece of data saved by your browser. Local storage is a similar browser feature.
1. What nexus uses
Essential storage
Essential cookies and local storage support:
- Account sign-in and session security
- Protection against fraudulent requests
- Saved interface and language choices
- Your cookie choice
These items are needed for the relevant feature to work. Blocking authentication cookies will prevent you from signing in.
Cookie names can vary based on the browser and whether a secure connection is used. Authentication cookies normally last for the session or the configured sign-in period. Your cookie choice is stored for up to one year unless you clear it.
Product analytics
When product analytics is enabled, nexus sends limited feature-use events to a Noobiesoft endpoint only after you select Accept in the cookie notice. Selecting Reject keeps product analytics disabled. This helps identify which features are used and where errors occur.
Product analytics does not use third-party advertising pixels. nexus does not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across unrelated websites.
2. Payment providers
Stripe may set cookies when you open subscription checkout, the billing portal, or a Stripe payment form. Square may set cookies when you use a Square payment flow. PayPal may set cookies when you use a PayPal payment flow. These providers use cookies for payment processing, security, and fraud prevention.
Their cookie practices are controlled by their own policies.
3. Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. You can also reset the nexus cookie notice by clearing site data.
Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in, saved settings, payment flows, or other features from working. Clearing storage will sign you out and remove saved browser choices.
4. Changes
We may update this policy when browser-storage practices or providers change. The date above shows the latest revision. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
