Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel at any time through Account Settings or the Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to limited access. Canceling does not delete your account or business data.
You can subscribe again later to restore full access.
Trial expiration
The 14-day trial does not require a payment method and does not renew automatically. When the trial ends, you are not charged. Your account moves to limited access unless you choose to subscribe.
Limited access can include reduced storage and uploads and no new invoices. It is not a permanent free plan.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds are not normally issued for:
- Unused time in a billing period
- Features you did not use
- A cancellation made after a renewal charge
We will correct duplicate or incorrect charges. We may also approve a refund for a significant service failure or another appropriate reason. Any refund right required by law still applies.
To request a refund, email contact@noobiesoft.com with your account email, charge date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank controls how long the credit takes to appear.
Billing disputes
Contact contact@noobiesoft.com if you do not recognize a charge or believe it is incorrect. Include the account email and transaction details, but do not send a full card number.
A chargeback may cause the subscription to be suspended while the payment provider reviews the dispute.
Account deletion
Cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
To delete your account, use Account Settings > Privacy > Delete My Account & Data. Account deletion is permanent. Export any records you need before confirming deletion.
Some records may remain for a limited period in backups or where retention is required for security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. See the Privacy Policy.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when subscription practices or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision. Changes do not reduce a refund right that applies under law.
