Security & Trust

Last updated: August 25, 2026

nexus uses practical technical and operational controls to protect account and business data.

Security controls

Controls include:

  • TLS encryption for data in transit
  • Encryption at rest where supported by the storage service
  • Password hashing and optional two-factor authentication
  • Access controls for accounts and workspace data
  • Rate limiting and request validation
  • Centralized logging, error monitoring, and security alerts
  • Managed Azure infrastructure and restricted production access
  • Backups used for service recovery

No system is completely secure. Keep your password and recovery codes private, use two-factor authentication, and report unexpected account activity.

Report a vulnerability

Email contact@noobiesoft.com with:

  • A clear description
  • Steps to reproduce
  • The affected page or endpoint
  • The potential impact

Do not access other users' data, disrupt the service, use destructive testing, or publish sensitive details before there has been time to investigate. Good-faith reports will be reviewed and coordinated with the reporter.

Incident response

For a confirmed security incident, Noobiesoft assesses the scope, contains the issue, restores safe operation, and reviews the cause. Affected people and regulators are notified when required by law.
