Security Program

nexus (solo business-management app), operated by Noobiesoft, uses layered security controls including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Auth controls (passwords hashed with bcrypt)
• Rate limiting and request hardening
• Monitoring and centralized logging
• Security-focused deployment defaults on Azure

Vulnerability Reporting

To report a security issue, email contact@noobiesoft.com with:

• A clear description of the issue
• Steps to reproduce
• Potential impact

We acknowledge valid reports as quickly as possible and coordinate remediation and disclosure with reporters.

Incident Response

When a security incident is confirmed, Noobiesoft:

• Classifies severity and impact
• Contains and remediates the issue
• Notifies affected customers when personal data is involved, as required by applicable law
• Reviews root cause and updates controls after the incident
